School with low GPA has higher performance than school with higher GPA.
Schools are grouped according to BANDS. BANDS are created according to range of GPA's as follows:

BAND1: GPA from 1 to 1.5,

BAND2: GPA from 1.5 to 2 ,

BAND3: GPA from 2 to 2.5,

BAND4: GPA from 2.5 to 3,

BAND5: GPA from 3 to 3.5,

BAND6: GPA from 3.5 to 4,

BAND7: GPA from 4 to 4.5,

BAND8: GPA from 4.5 to 5
